Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to thank all of you who attended union meetings over the past month and encourage everyone to attend next time around. We had good conversations on various issues and I look forward to making some changes for the betterment of our local union. We are working on an updated steward list. If your service center doesn't have a steward and you are interested, please let me know. We are working on setting up some steward training. I will pass along more information as it becomes available. I strongly encourage you to become active in this local union and encourage others to do so as well.
Summer heat is in full force as we speak. Please take care of yourself and take breaks as needed to stay hydrated. If you have any issues that come up at your work location PLEASE let me know ASAP.
